Conscious Conversation
We can and must start to improve
the world we are currently sojourning through. Our first step in doing so is
recognizing our Sacred Oneness, our second step is Conscious Deliberate Conversation,
and our third step is doing all we can to improve self and walk fully in the reality
of Full
Spiritual Recognition, being the Sacred Eternal Spiritual Being that we
are and have always been. Once we have incorporated the trinity of Sacred
Oneness, Conscious Deliberate Conversation, and Full Spiritual Recognition,
all else will find its natural place of balance and everything will experience
its natural flow.

Recently due to my sister Thelma getting
seriously ill, I have been thinking about how people converse with each other
and how their words do not always match up with their actions; that brought to
mind the old saying I first heard when I was a child; “Actions Speak Louder Than Words.” Actually, Thelma is not my
biological sister; nevertheless she is closer to me than two of my three
biological step sisters. Thelma took care of me back in 1995 when I was deathly
ill; she waited on me hand and foot for weeks after my four month stay in the
hospital, and she would not stop caring for me until I was able to completely care
for myself. Thelma cared for me and treated me like family when my family and
friends were too busy to care for me. None of my family or friends even asked
if they could do anything for me when I was released from the hospital. I have
no problem or harsh feeling towards anyone for how things were. Universal
Source (God) saw to it that I was cared for perfectly. Thelma’s actions
spoke of who she is and how much she loved me; that is something that I will
never forget as long as I live. We were the real good friends before that, but
I adopted her as my Big Sis after she cared for me in the way that she did.
From then to now we have stayed in contact with each other no matter where I
was living, and when I moved to North Carolina I told her if she ever needed me
I would come back to Washington, DC right away. So when I found out that she had
fallen ill and was in the hospital, I was on my way to her side in two days. I
always tell her that I love her because I do, and must I backup those words up
with compatible actions.
In our current human reality
there is no such thing as casual conversation, and that is due to the fact that
every word spoken is connected with energy that creates after its own kind here
on this dense physical plane; that is why it is of the utmost importance that
we are always functioning in a state of complete awakened consciousness, words
are our creative building blocks of reality. When we are casual with our words
and give limited thought to what we say, we become an unconscious creator,
functioning in that way is extremely dangerous. Why would I say that? I say
that because what we create does not only affect us it affects the whole of
creation, and if we are not fully conscious of what we are creating, we do not
know if it is going to positively or negatively affect us and the whole of
creation. We must take all that we do extremely seriously. I want to be
perfectly clear about this, which does not mean that we are not to play and
have fun because we are. When we are conscious about everything that we do, we
get all that we are supposed to get out of this temporal experience we call
life. Being serious does not mean not having fun; it means that we will get the
maximum results from everything that we do, and fun is included in that.
There is so much idle
conversation going on between people today, most of which is said solely for
the purpose of stoking and manipulating others so that we can get what we want from
them with as little cost to ourselves as possible. Now when I speak of cost I am
not just talking about financial cost, I am talking about giving of our time
and emotional assistance to others in a selfless way, and from time to time
that even means sacrificing something that we want to do for ourselves.
Relationships between people have become so superficial, one way and
manipulative that they are like dry rotted hollow logs that are of no use to us
at all. Ideal conversation is saying I love you when you do not even fully
comprehend what love truly is; you just know that when you say I love you it
opens up doors that were once closed tight. Through giving the impression that
you love someone, you open up their emotions and that causes them to allow you
into their personal space. Most people treat love like it is a one-way street,
yet true love must flow equally in both directions, and in its authentic state
love is always given and received unconditionally. Love was never meant to be
given for the purpose of getting something in return. If a person truly loves
someone, that love will never die, no matter what is done or not done. A good
example is the love a parent has for its child, no matter what that child does;
a loving parent will never stop loving its child. It is plain and simple, True
Love is eternal and that is it. So in an ever conscious state of mind, we must
always examine our motives behind all that we think, say, and do. In addition
to that, before we speak forth a single word we must understand what our words
are going to create after its own energy. I know that someone is saying that I
am taking life to serious and making life extremely difficult with all of this
mumbo-jumbo; that is not so at all. I am merely pointing out our responsibility
of being co-creators of our current reality, conscious creators of our
surrounding worlds.
Due to the reality of the day and
age that we are now living in, everything has accelerated. That means that our
words create after their kind/after their unique energy almost instantly;
because of that, it is real easy to find ourselves in a rut that is so deep
that it is nearly close to impossible to climb out of. Please take clear note
that I said, nearly close to
impossible to climb out of; I did not say that it was impossible to
climb out of it. Sometimes when we casually say and do things we end up spending
a lot of precious time correcting our mis-takes, causing us to not have the adequate
time needed to create everything that we should and need to be creating. It is
likened unto starting a marathon and we have neglected to tie our shoes
properly, because of that well into the race our shoelaces come completely
untied. Even if we are ahead at that point in the race we must stop and correct
our problem so that we do not fall, then we would be able to at least finish
the race. However, if we decide not to stop and correct our problem, we could eventually
trip over the loose shoestring fall and hurt ourselves so badly that we would
not be able to finish the race.
Once we fully comprehend how
important conscious conversation is and act accordingly, life will get so much
easier for us, and we will start to create that which we are supposed to create.
Whatever we do and whatever happens to us on our sojourn through this dense
physical plane, we will be prepared to handle it because it is the path
designed especially for us. Over the years I have learned that I have always been
prepared for whatever came my way. Sometimes I have to still myself and reach
deep within my spirit to find and get that which I need; nonetheless it is
always there waiting for me. We have to stop expecting everything to come to us
at the exact moment we what it to, because many times what needs to happen is
associated with more than just ourselves; this world and everything in it does
not revolve around us. We must remember the oneness that connects us all and realize
the reality that no man and no woman is an island. The whole of creation can be
likened unto a human body which has many members that do many different things;
no member of the body can detach itself from the body and stand alone and work on
its own. To a very small degree we are individuals and different from our
sisters and brothers; similar to the difference there is between the eye and an
ear of the same body. However, our commonality is collectively we are members
of the body and we need each other to survive as divinely intended. That
actually makes us our sisters and brothers keeper/partner. Ultimately we are
eternally one by way of our Eternal Spiritual Energetic Signature, which is our
True Eternal Spiritual Selves.
To solidify this reality in my life
on a continual basis, I decided to routinely each month enter into a personal silent
retreat in order to completely reinforce my true spiritual nature and reality
as I continue to sojourn in physical form here on Earth Mother. In conjunction with
the personal silence retreat I will consciously pay close attention to all of
the thoughts I think, the words I communicate through, the actions I produce,
as well as my conscious spiritual communion with my sisters and brothers of the
human race and the whole of creation. My conscious thoughts, actions, and conversations
will create my conscious reality in my surrounding world. I will no longer try
to take the easy route through life in an attempt to coast through my life experiences
on automatic pilot. Automatic pilot is absolutely useless, because living life
is designed to be fully participatory and a full contact spiritual experience. As
many people including myself point out frequently, we are not physical beings
having an occasional spiritual experience; we are spiritual beings going
through a temporary physical experience. Some people call it a dance with life;
however I prefer to say life is a party. I say life is a party because a party encompasses
a multitude of different songs, rhythms, and dances. In the party of life one
moment we are dancing fast to pulsating repetitive emotional beats, and the
next moment we are dancing slowly to soothing melodic spiritual harmonies, each
dance has its own personality, unique style, and distinct vibrations that have
the ability of touching us down to the very core of our being. That is our experience
as we live through this thing we call life.
We simply must have continual Conscious
Conversations to have a Conscious Fulfilling Physical Life Experience as we
sojourn through this physical plane creating our reality.
