I read something posted on Facebook that stimulated the following response. This is something that must be of the utmost concern of everyone. We had better take action and make some major changes in our thinking and our actions.

The safest rule of thumb concerning the use of processed foods, and other processed products understanding how bad and deceptive the majority of them are, make your own and completely stay away from all processed foods. I must reiterate; "Stay Away From All Processed Foods!"

Have we gotten so lazy and impatient that we can no longer make for ourselves that which we know is good for us, to insure the best quality of life we can have coupled with longevity? We need to rethink everything that we do, and shed all of the faulty programming we have willingly received and use to our personal detriment. We must completely step out of, and stay away from the Matrix that has been created for us for the purpose of deception, control, and the reduction of the human population here on earth. It is time for all of us to take dominion over your bodies, minds, and spirits, and recognize our oneness. We are All-One!

Here is a very important thing that we must do; we must fully understand that we are not going to make it through life much further, as long as we have the separation between the genders that exists today. Men cannot run things all alone, and women can do no better running things all alone either. We must fully comprehend and live out the reality that men and women are equal to each other, and the problems we see in the world today will only be resolved when we embrace and live that Oneness every second of our lives. Just as different men have different duties, it is the same when it comes to a woman and a man. Nonetheless, having different duties does not equate that one is more or less worthy than the other.

We must totally wake up from our sleepwalking, and wake up from the nightmare we have been in for a lifetime and step completely into our Divine Reality of Oneness and Equality. Is what I am saying so hard to see and understand? We must grab hold of the reins of our lives and completely and quickly redirect ourselves before our runaway lives take all of us over the cliff of death. We have reached a very critical place in the existence of humanity. We are actually in a place that could remake us or totally break us. We have almost reached the point of critical mass; that which is needed for humanity to completely wipe the existence of life as we know it off the planet. There is very little to no room left for the error that humanity can make. Can anyone say that they do not see the urgent moment that the entire human race is facing right now? If you are one who can say that, you have seriously been infected with the virus of ignorance, which is the result of all of the programming designed to dumb down humanity. What we are seeing playing out in the world today, is very well thought-out and planned. It is not just something that happened by accident. Nevertheless, we have the power to do the right things and redirect our lives, as well as supply the children of the world with everything they need to do the same, and also to maintain the corrections made. We must turn our brain and true comprehension back on and get busy with the work at hand.

If you are not willing to do this, you might as well just lie down, rollover, and give up your ghost. Most people do not have a clue of how serious times are today because they sit in front of the tell-a-vision and are told what to think, what to believe, what to buy, what to ingest, and ultimately everything else that they are to do that defines how they live there lives. Ninety-nine percent of the people of the world today are seen only as resources; human resources that are to be used up by the wealthy one percent to maintain their out of balance, misdirected, self indulged, and empty covetous lifestyles of the rich and infamous. I want you to understand that the clock on the wall is ticking, and the handwriting is on the same wall. We are being warned every way possible; we must heed the warnings and do something about them.

We must expose the process of control that is set in place for the masses.

Affirmation:

I step forward and speak the truth that has been and is being spoken to me on a daily basis. I follow the direction of Infinite Source with reckless abandonment. I throw all caution to the wind, especially when it comes down to the sacred direction of Infinite Source.
